2. How to get samples from us?
For regular sample are free but you need pay for the shipping fee, delivery within 1 to 5.
For custom product, we will charge the plate fee, delivery within 5 to 7.
3.Do you have OEM and ODM?
Yes. We can provide OEM and ODM as well. IF you have any idea of food packaging, we have experienced designers to design and make it for you.
4.Are your product materials safe?
Made of new food grade PET materials and PP materials, non-toxic,odorless,safe,hygienic, recyclable and biodegradable.
5.How to control the quality of your product?
A. Quality of the design:think about possible problems in advance and provide a high-quality design solution.
B. Quality of the production:have a dust-free workshop and have strict quality inspection.
C. Quality of raw material:carry out everything from raw materials to production in our factory,and strictly produce
according to international standards.
6.How to deal with quality problems?
Warranty is 2 years.Within the warranty period,we will responsible for all quality problems caused by our production.
